Zirconia ceramic structure

Zirconia ceramics is a relatively common special ceramic with hard texture, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Pure zirconia is mainly white, and it tends to be yellow or gray when it contains HfO2 impurities. There are three crystalline states of pure ZrO2 under normal pressure, namely: Monoclinic zirconia (m-ZrO2), Cubic zirconia (c-ZrO2) and tetragonal zirconia (t-ZrO2).
The molding process of zirconia mainly includes isostatic pressing, dry pressing, hot die casting, grouting, plastic extrusion, casting, injection molding, colloidal solidification and so on. At present, the commonly used molding processes are mainly dry pressing and injection molding.
