水平定向凝固法合成多晶，定向凝固炉分为3个温区，以砷化镓多晶为例，砷单质在低温区（约630 ℃）升华，通过中温区后在高温区（1 250~1 255 ℃）与镓逐渐化合为砷化镓多晶。PBN舟用于高温区的反应容器。

The polycrystalline was synthesized by horizontal directional solidification method. The directional solidification furnace was divided into three temperature zones. Taking the polycrystalline of gallium arsenide as an example, the single arsenic substance sublimated in the low temperature zone (about 630 ℃), and then gradually combined with gallium arsenide in the high temperature zone (1250-1255 ℃) after passing through the middle temperature zone. PBN boat is used for reaction vessel in high temperature zone.
